NewFrenzy provides digital marketing and performance marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and campaign management. Scope of work is defined separately in proposals or agreements.

2. Payments
All payments including onboarding fees, retainers, or commissions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, ad accounts, creatives, budgets, and approvals required to execute campaigns.

4. Intellectual Property
All strategies, creatives, and documents shared by NewFrenzy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability
NewFrenzy is not responsible for losses, platform changes, account suspensions, or performance fluctuations.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per agreement terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.


Refund & Cancellation Policy Last Updated:10 / 12 / 2025

1. Onboarding Fees
Onboarding or setup fees are non-refundable once services have started.

2. Monthly Services
Payments made for monthly services are non-refundable after campaign execution begins.

3. Cancellation
Clients must provide written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to cancel services.

4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, are solely at NewFrenzy’s discretion and evaluated case-by-case.
